What is the process for booking our wedding date?

To guarantee your date we require a 30% deposit at the time of signing the contract. Should you decide to cancel within 14 days of signing the contract, the down payment will be refunded in full.

Is it necessary to sign a contract to book the date?

Of course, all our wedding services are governed by a written contract signed by both parties. This ensures that the bride and groom are fully protected in every way.

When will we receive our photos?

The entire service will be delivered within 2 months of the wedding date. If a printed book is also included, this will be delivered within a further 2 months after you have selected the photographs. In addition, within 1 week of the wedding, we will be happy to provide you with a small photo preview of your special day to share with friends and family.

Will all the images we receive be processed?

Yes, we guarantee that all images supplied will be fully and professionally edited in our distinctive style.

Will we be able to print our photos in the future?

Absolutely, all photos delivered to you will be in high resolution, allowing you to print them in the highest quality, even in larger formats, to preserve your memories in a lasting and detailed way.

How long will it take for the couple’s photos to be taken after the ceremony?

If we intend to stay inside the venue, about an hour will be sufficient. However, if we want to move outside, it is advisable to allow a couple of hours. During this time we will dedicate ourselves to capturing the most romantic photographs for you, the newlyweds.

Will our images be published on your website or social networking sites?

There is a clause in the contract that gives you full control over whether or not you allow us to publish the images. We fully respect your decision in this regard. However, it is important to emphasise that the publication of wedding photos and videos is a crucial element of our visibility and ability to attract new clients. We would be extremely grateful if you would consider allowing us to publish your images, always fully respecting your final decision.

Does the photo shoot include a meal for the operators?

Yes, that would be much appreciated, considering the length of the day. We don’t need anything special, just a simple meal to get the job done. Also, for your information, Marco is vegan.

Do you have insurance?

Of course we do. Our insurance policy covers a range of issues including public liability. If venues ask for supplier insurance, we are happy to provide it.

Can we get RAW files?

No, we never deliver incomplete files as RAW files are not processed. Our wedding photography service is only complete when the images are processed and delivered.

How long will our service be stored in your studio?

Your wedding photo service will be kept on our databases for at least one year to ensure that a copy is available should you lose it.

Do you watermark your own images?

Absolutely not. All the photos we deliver to you will be free of watermarks.

Who will be the photographers at my wedding, Silvia and Marco or other collaborators of the studio?

In our wedding service we guarantee the presence of at least one of the two studio owners, so you will have either Silvia or Marco by your side. If your wedding is the only event scheduled for that day, we will both be present to capture the special moments of your day.

Do you offer engagement photography?

Absolutely yes, as creative photographers we feel it is essential to capture such significant moments. We are passionate about the emotions that are released during these moments. And what could be more romantic than proposing in Rome, the Eternal City?

Can I customise one of the pre-designed collections?

Absolutely, all our collections are flexible and customisable. The pre-designed collections are only guidelines based on our experience, but we are open to any ideas you may have and would love to create a tailor-made service for you.

Can we meet via video call before confirming the service and, if so, before the wedding?

Of course we would love the opportunity to meet you via video call to help you choose your ideal photographer. In addition, if you choose us, we will arrange another video call before your wedding to plan the day together and build the right rapport to make your wedding day feel more natural.

Do you speak English?

Of course we speak English. We are constantly perfecting our pronunciation with native speakers to ensure a high level of fluency.

Do you have the possibility of using a drone for photos?

Yes, we have a drone that we mainly use on location, but it can also be used during the post-ceremony shoot. However, availability depends on the exact location of the wedding, as in Italy the use of drones is regulated and flying is not always allowed.

We are very shy and embarrassed in front of the camera, will you help us feel comfortable?

Absolutely, nothing to worry about. During your wedding we will do our best to be as discreet as possible and respect your space. During the outdoor session, we will try to put you at ease and create a comfortable atmosphere, as we know how important it is to feel relaxed in order to take genuine and spontaneous photographs.
