How do you work during the day? Will you be intrusive?

Who will be the photographers at our wedding?
When you book us, you get us. We are a team in life and work, and our synergy is part of what makes our photography unique. We guarantee the presence of Silvia and Marco personally. You won’t be dealing with strangers on your big day, but with the two people you’ve built a relationship with.
Do you offer engagement or pre-wedding sessions?
Absolutely, and we highly recommend it! Think of it as the perfect ice-breaker. It allows us to explore Italy’s beauty together without the tight timeline of the wedding day. More importantly, it helps you get comfortable with our cameras, so on your wedding day, you’ll feel completely relaxed and natural.
How do we secure our date?
Simplicity is key. To officially reserve your date, we require a signed contract and a 30% retainer. We understand that plans can change, so we offer a 14-day grace period: if you change your mind within two weeks of signing, your retainer is refunded in full. No stress, just peace of mind.
Is it necessary to sign a contract?
Yes, and it is entirely for your protection. We believe in total transparency. The contract outlines exactly what you will receive, the timeline, and the costs, ensuring there are no surprises. Think of it as the formal guarantee that allows you to relax, knowing every detail is secured.
Can we customize the collections?
Absolutely. While our collections serve as a starting point, we know that no two weddings are alike. Can we meet via video call before booking?
We insist on it! Planning from afar requires trust, and trust is built on connection. Do you speak English?
Yes! Since we work almost exclusively with destination couples, English is our daily working language. While we are proudly Italian (so please forgive a charming accent now and then!), we communicate clearly and effectively. How long will the couple’s session take?
We know you want to enjoy your party! We recommend keeping the main session to about 45-60 minutes to get those epic shots without killing the vibe. If you want to explore different locations (like a city walk), we will plan the timeline together to ensure you get amazing variety without ever feeling away from your guests for too long.
Do you use a drone?
Yes! We love the cinematic perspective it adds to your story. However, Italy has strict no-fly zones (especially in historic centers). As your trusted local experts, we will check the regulations for your specific venue in advance. If it’s legal and safe, we will capture those breathtaking aerial views for you.
Does the photo shoot include a meal for the photographers?
Yes, please! Weddings are marathons, and to maintain our peak creative energy throughout the reception, a hot meal is essential. We ask to be seated at a side table (or nearby) so we can eat quickly and never miss a speech or toast. Note for your planner: Marco follows a vegan diet, while Silvia eats everything!
When will we receive our photos?
We know you can’t wait to relive the magic! That’s why we send a curated preview (about 20-50 highlights) within just one week of the wedding—perfect for sharing while the excitement is fresh. The full, handcrafted gallery will be ready within 6-8 weeks. We prioritize quality over speed, ensuring every image is perfect.
Will all the images we receive be edited?
Absolutely. We don’t deliver ‘raw’ files; we deliver finished art. Every single image in your gallery is individually colour-graded and retouched in our signature style (a mix of timeless color and emotive black & white). We ensure skin tones look natural and the lighting reflects the true atmosphere of your day.
Will we be able to print our photos in the future?
Your memories are meant to be held, not just viewed on a screen. We deliver ultra-high-resolution files suitable for large-scale art prints. Whether you want to frame a statement piece for your living room or create gifts for family, you have the full freedom and quality to print your legacy however you wish.
Do you watermark your own images?
Never. Your photos belong to you. The final gallery you receive will be completely clean, free of logos or watermarks. We want you to enjoy the images exactly as they were meant to be seen: pure and distraction-free.
Will our images be published on your website or social media?
Your privacy is our top priority. Our contract includes a clear option where you can choose whether or not to grant us permission to publish your images. If you prefer your wedding to remain completely private, we will respect that decision 100%. There is no pressure; the choice is entirely yours.
How long will our service be stored in your studio?
We take data safety very seriously. Your images are backed up on multiple hard drives and cloud storage immediately after the wedding. We guarantee to archive your files for one year after delivery. We strongly recommend you download and backup your gallery as soon as you receive it to preserve your legacy forever.
Can we get RAW files?
No. We believe that editing is half the magic. Asking for RAW files would be like asking a chef for uncooked ingredients instead of the finished dish. We deliver the completed artwork, fully edited with our signature style, ensuring every image looks perfect, polished, and emotive.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, absolutely. We carry full public liability and professional insurance. Many top-tier venues in Italy require this documentation to allow vendors on-site, and we are happy to provide it to your planner or venue coordinator upon request.
